Description |
Snoqualmie, Wash. Early town of Snoqualmie. Vaughn School and Methodist Church. Methodist Episcopal Church (now Legion Hall), Alfred Kinsey/O'Dell House, Ed and Sarah Kinsey House (Mr Carey's Folks), Snoqualmie Grammar School (Vaughn School). Wolfe #1910 8 x 10" black and white glossy There are some homes to the left of the church. The church has a belfry and a pointed steeple. Next to the church is the Alfred Kinsey/O'Dell house and the next one to the right is Ed and Sarah Kinsey's home (Mrs. Carey's folks) The Snoqualmie (Vaughn) Grammar School is to the right of the other homes. It is a two story building with a square entry way that extends to a bell tower at the top. The school is a two story with a 4-sided hip roof. There is a small shed near the school. The church was later the Legion Hall. |
