Rodney Boalch and Elizabeth DeYoung Wedding Article. Weddings Boalch-DeYoung The marriage of Miss Elizabeth Jean DeYoung, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry DeYoung of Vancouver, Wash., to Ens. Rodney T. Boalch, son of Mr. and Mrs. T.A. Boalch of North Bend, Wash., was recently read in the First Presbyterian Church, Vancouver, Wash., by the Rev. John W. Pressly. Miss Pauline Gaiser acted as maid of honor and Gerry Lou Curtis was bridesmaid. Dr. Gene C. Webb of Clatskanie, Ore., was best man. A reception followed in the church parlors. The couple left on a honeymoon to Dallas, Tex., where the bridegroom will be stationed. The bride and her husband attended Washington State College, where she is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta. Her husband received training at the University of Washington, Idaho, St. Mary's and Asbury Park, N.J. He received his commission at Notre Dame on March 8. |
